I love these images of vintage ladies looking so stylish. There is a fantastic vintage fair on in Stockport market on the first Monday of every month. I go to a lot of fairs and i rate this one as my favourite, it also turned into a great social event as i met loads of old friends too! Always a bonus..

Winter Shooting Fashion

I was hoping for a white Christmas this year so i could wrap up warm and wear a headscarf. I'm not for shooting for fun but i'm loving the fashion.

Holiday's..

What an amazing find this place is! Walcot Hall in Shropshire is a stunning beauty. We had such a relaxing time in the peace and quiet of this estate.. We stayed at the Dipping Shed which was just fantastic. No electricity but full of treasures! Good food from the organic shops nearby and lots of sleep..

London trip..

It was our hols last week and we went to the Vintage fair at the Southbank. I've got to say how disappointing it was from last year at Goodwood which was amazing! This year it felt like there was a distinct lack of effort or money? We were like a freak show for the tourists and there was a distinct lack of vintage attire!!
But i did get to go to Brick Lane and saw one of my favourite refits which is Rosa's Restaurant..

Asif the Massive

Here are images of a short film i worked on recently called Asif the Massive. V funny cast and great fun to work on! I did the costume which was a break from my normal art department duties. The best thing of the whole job was working with a fantastic team and having such fun.

Dinner in the garden

How lovely to have dinner outside in the beautiful garden of your friends. This was a lovely night with the wonderful photographers Shaw and Shaw. How exciting that they now have an agent in London called Siobhan Squire who seems to be getting them some v exciting work! They deserve it as they are ace!!

I love them..classic cars are the best! if i didn't need to have my van for work i would have just a beautiful classic. But which one to choose??? Recently i have put mine in for its MOT and its such a joy to drive my gorgeous lady again..she's a true vamp.

V is for Victory

Having spent last Sunday at the Howarth (Yorkshire) 40's wkend which as usual was great fun, people watching and clothes rummaging i thought i would post some ideas for victory rolls. I have been messing with my own hair for a while and the lovely Bethany Davies helped me along on Sunday. She is a hair and beauty make up artist based in Manchester that does amazing pin up style. DJ fun..

Dj antics.. I have to dj at a wedding at the beautiful Inn At Whitewell, my all time favourite place to eat/stay with the lovely and talented Dr Sid. It will be a 40's treat for musical tastes with a bit of disco thrown in.. I hope i have as much fun as on the photos shown.. i do enjoy sharing tunes with people.
